Frequently Asked Questions

All orders are to be placed online, please note we are not able to place orders over the phone.

STEP 1. BROWSE & SHOP

You can navigate the website using the navigation bar at the top of each page. This includes access to search, help, your shopping bag, your account information.

To view a product, simply click on any picture to see an enlarged view and other details including a description, sizes and colours. Then simply select a size, at which point we will let you know if the item is sold out then and “Add to Bag” to buy the item.

Once you have added all of your items to your bag, you simply need to click ‘Checkout’ and follow the steps.

 

STEP 2. CHECKOUT & PAYMENT

You can use all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express; PayPal or eVouchers. The card must be registered to the address where your Account is held.

 

STEP 3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated ‘order confirmation’ email within 1 hour, which will include all of the items that you have ordered and expected delivery dates. You will only receive this email if you entered a valid email address when placing your order.

You will receive delivery confirmation once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking details. You will be able to track your order via Royal Mail website using the tracking number on the email.

 

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION

If you have placed a successful order it will be acknowledged by an order confirmation via email.

If you have not received your order confirmation please check the following:

* Check your spam folder for the confirmation email

* Make sure you are checking the correct email address which you have registered on your account.

* Sign into your account the top of the home page and click on Order Tracking to see the latest updates about your order.

* Check that your payment has been successful via your bank or Paypal account.

* If your payment has not been successful then please note that the order will not be successful

For launch specific product you may experience a delay in the confirmation due to the amount of traffic online.  Please allow an extended period of time for receipt of your order confirmation. If you have not received your order confirmation within 12 hours of placing your order please do not hesitate contact us.

The card must be registered to the billing address that we hold for you on your account.

We are unable to accept cards that are due to expire within the next 5 days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.

UK Mainland* Standard Delivery

Standard tracked delivery is £8.95, free on orders over £100.
Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days from Monday to Friday.

Please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods. Specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time of order.

Once your parcel is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking details. You will be able to track your order via Royal Mail website using the tracking number on the email.

 

In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time. The following exceptions apply:

Delayed Items

Delayed items will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available. We will send you tracking emails to let you know when the item(s) is on its way.

 

All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area and availability and demand. When the standard courier service is not available, we will deliver by an alternative carrier and this may take longer.

Online purchases can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. This policy applies to full price and sale items.

 

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Unsuitable items must be in their original packaging, must be in a unworn condition and have all tags attached.

To return your order to us we request that you pack the item(s) in the original packaging* mark the package as ‘Returned Goods’, include your original paper work circling your returns reason.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post and are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Please note we will refuse any returns that arrive damaged or are missing any tags, original packaging or any component that was sent originally.

Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 14 working days. Depending on your payment method this can take 3-5 working days to be processed into your account, and we can only refund your order on to your original payment method.

If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. Bear and Peach is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

Please note that we do not refund the original delivery costs on items that are unsuitable.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS POLICY

Swimwear/Underwear – Please note, in the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on swimwear or underwear.

Shoes must be tried on indoors on a clean surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

Sale items cannot be returned.

 

EXCHANGES

If you have opted for an exchange on the size of an item and we have provided we have the exchange items in stock, you should receive notification of the exchange being processed within 3-5 working days.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post and are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Please note we will refuse any returns that arrive damaged or are missing any tags, original packaging or any component that was sent originally.

 

RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS

If the item you received is faulty, please contact the customer services email at bear_and_peach@outlook.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the fault. We will respond to you as soon as possible to acknowledge your issue and from there will request that you send us across photographs of the fault.

The photographs will be sent across to our representatives from the appropriate brand to determine the course of action. If this faulty policy procedure is not adhered to then the policy terms are null and void and we will not be required to refund.

We will then endeavour to get the item back to us and take the necessary course of action. Please note that we will not be required to provide a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault.

Failure to cooperate will deem Bear & Peach non-liable to any instance of refund.

Terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from us. To register on the site and to place orders with us you must be aged 18 or over. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

We may contact you for marketing purposes by email, mail or telephone with relevant offers, if you are opted into receive marketing.
